Great progress is being made on building the new boardwalk to connect the Marsh Discovery Trail to the Transco Trail — and the repair work on the Transco Trail now appears complete.  A great way to end 2011.

The Meadowlands Commission would like to thank everyone for their patience during the lengthy repair process. Thank you!

The year 2011 marked the dedication of a new riverside park in Carlstadt, lots of great nature sightings, and the continued partnership with Bergen County Audubon Society.
