Wow. I would never guess that is a bold complete eye ring and a short bill mostly pale underneath. That barely even looks like an eye ring to me. And the bill looks black on top and pale orange underneath. My first guess was Eastern Wood-Peewee. My second guess would have been Willow Flycatcher. The eye ring really threw me off.
How often do you capture least flycatchers with entirely orange lower mandibles? I also thought Traill’s at first look; it would be interesting to learn more about how this individual was identified in the hand.

I agree, the eyering looks way too thin for a Least, to me at least. 🙂
