The Bergen County Audubon Society will lead a walk at this great place for birding in Secaucus. They’ll be looking for shorebirds, sparrows and more. The walk is from 10 a.m. to noon.

The near-miraculous return of the Bald Eagle to the Meadowlands is something to celebrate. To that end, the Bergen County Audubon Society and New Jersey Sports and Exposition Authority are thrilled to announce the first ever Meadowlands Bald Eagle Festival! The event will take place on Sunday, Jan. 15, 2023 at River Barge Park, 260 Outwater Lane, Carlstadt. Rain date is Sunday, Jan. 22. Activities will take place both outdoors and indoors.
