The one on the back has bars near the wings that look somewhat like this: “<<<<", and it has white spots on it's head.

I’d say nothing, though the bird in the front center hasn’t got its full vertical white bar yet.

When you reach Railroad Avenue, head south under Hendricks Causeway Bridge. Park car near the bridge and listen; Monk Parakeets live in nests on underside of the bridge.
KEARNY MARSH, Kearny
Camman Drive loops around Gunnell Oval; the marsh is to the east of the easternmost corner of the drive. You can launch kayaks and canoes at this location.
Losen Slote Creek Park, Little Ferry
On Mehrhof Road, turn right just before the DPW garage. Plenty of parking straight ahead and to the right.
