Don Torino will speak with New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection State Wildlife Action Plan Coordinator/Planner Kim Korth on a new episode of Don’s radio show, The Nature Connection, airing from 6:30 a.m. to 7 a.m. on Sunday, June 28. Don, President of the Bergen County Audubon Society, and Kim will talk about the Wildlife Action Plan, with special attention given to Box Turtles and Saltmarsh Sparrows. Kim Korth has over two decades of experience in wildlife conservation, including project management, coordination, habitat restoration, biological surveys and partnership building. Kim currently coordinates the State Wildlife Action Plan and is responsible for conservation action implementation, launching and leading New Jersey’s Bird City Community network, and focusing on the State’s urban wildlife.
