That would be “NJMC” spelled out in international maritime signal flags.
I can’t say that I’ve seen them hanging anywhere I’ve been lately … somebody else can answer that.

Camman Drive loops around Gunnell Oval; the marsh is to the east of the easternmost corner of the drive. You can launch kayaks and canoes at this location.
Losen Slote Creek Park, Little Ferry
On Mehrhof Road, turn right just before the DPW garage. Plenty of parking straight ahead and to the right.
