The countdown is on for Native Plant Day at DeKorte Park! The New Jersey Sports and Exposition Authority and the Bergen County Audubon Society have a program full of exciting walks, talks, presentations, award ceremonies and information tables, making for a wonderful day in a spectacular setting.

Join us and learn about the importance of native plants for pollinators and birds, how they help maintain healthy soil, contribute to biodiversity and much more.

The event is from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Meadowlands Environment Center, Lyndhurst.
