A Wilson’s Phalarope was found by Judy Cinquina and her birding group.

As of 4:30 today, bird is in the Shorebird Pool, visible from the Shorewalk, across from Visitors’ Parking Lot just inside the Guard Booth at entrance to the park. The bird is distant, even in a scope.
