DeKorte Park will be open from 8 a.m. to dusk on Labor Day but the Meadowlands Environment Center will be closed. Enjoy the holiday weekend.

Was seen today around 9 a.m., in the usual area.  Also, the cross-billed Gray Catbird was seen again by the bird-banders today.  Its bill, we are told, was still crossed.

Taken earlier this week near the Carlstadt nest. Its right foot is securing a small fish.
