It looks like a Tragopan Pheasant, except for the head which looks like a vulture.
That is a Guinea Fowl. I hope this posts because my posts have not been going in.
To be more precise, Crested Guinea-Fowl.
I think this bird was hanging out by Schmidt’s Woods/Secaucus Town Pool a few weeks ago.
I just saw lots of these guys in southern Africa: Helmeted Guineafowl (Numida meleagris) I believe is the correct name.
