September is Ovarian Cancer awareness month and each year a charity fundraising walk in memory of Lyndhurst resident Diane Lane is held in DeKorte Park.This year’s walk is Sunday, Sept. 25, with check-in at 8:15 am and the walk starting at 9:15 am, rain or shine. To register and donate, click here
The charity walk benefits the Kaleidoscope of Hope Foundation, which raises funds for ovarian cancer research and increases awareness of the symptoms of the disease.
