Dennis Cheeseman took this photo and wants to know if it's a Sharpie or a Coop. He's thinking Sharpie. What do you think?

I’m guessing Sharpie, because of the seemingly small head size. Also this bird seems widest at the shoulder, where a Coop would seem more barrel-shaped.
My gut instinct or GIS (general impression shape and size) says sharp-shinned hawk. In concurrence with the other comments, I think that it is the small head size that tips me off. This bird just looks small, thin and long.

I’ll go w/ Sharpie as well–small head, thin legs, etc
I think Coopers because of the fine streaking on chest that becomes sparse on belly and eye appears close to beak.

Immature sharp shin hawk….dense srteaking on the chest, round head, thin legs, and overall shape..
A teaser needs an answer!
