Anybody Seen the Lark Sparrow Lately?

The most recent eBird rare-bird alert mention of the Carillon Lark Sparrow was for Tuesday. Dennis Cheeseman took the shot above on Monday.

Has anyone seen the bird yesterday or today? We looked a couple of times yesterday to no avail.

Looked for about an hour Wednesday am before work but no sightings, and he has usually been easy to find.

After turning onto Pleasant View Terrace West, go about 100 yards, and marsh entrance will be on your left.
MONK PARAKEETS, Ridgefield
When you reach Railroad Avenue, head south under Hendricks Causeway Bridge. Park car near the bridge and listen; Monk Parakeets live in nests on underside of the bridge.
KEARNY MARSH, Kearny
Camman Drive loops around Gunnell Oval; the marsh is to the east of the easternmost corner of the drive. You can launch kayaks and canoes at this location.
Losen Slote Creek Park, Little Ferry
On Mehrhof Road, turn right just before the DPW garage. Plenty of parking straight ahead and to the right.
